Details
Describe the rootfs packed on the builder 
atlas 594f5d8 packs the sandbox rootfs on the remote builder and no
longer loads images into the runner. The prune step stays as a safety
net for tags cut before that change.

Release artifacts for core/atlas.

Published by goreleaser — .github/workflows/release-packages.yml on a v* tag, or make release from an atlas checkout. Source lives in core/atlas; this repo exists only to hold release archives and packages, keeping them off the source repo.
